Single Inspection Report

Single Inspection Reports are conducted by a qualified Surveyor acting on behalf of the Claimant. These in-depth reports are fully compliant with Civil Procedure Rules (CPR), often referred to as ‘Part 35 Compliant Reports’ or Expert Witness Reports.

Each report presents the Chartered Surveyor’s professional opinion, outlining the disrepair identified, along with the recommended remedial actions required to resolve the damage.

An accompanying Scott Schedule (Schedule of Repairs) provides a detailed, itemised breakdown of all disrepair issues along with estimated associated costs.
