Triage Report

A Triage Report (also known as a Desktop Report) helps assess the potential value of a disrepair claim. Claimants or solicitors provide images, videos, and relevant details of the disrepair, which are then reviewed by our qualified Chartered Surveyors. Based on this evidence, the surveyors evaluate and determine the likely value of the claim without needing a physical inspection.
